SIA HIGHER PRACTICES

In this webinar we take up the essential practice that leads us to the higher goals of life and put it into daily practice for the next 21 days and inculcate it into aur being. There will be 3 followup sessions in the following 3 weeks for those who attend this webinar.

The whole aim is to LIVE in that constant awareness while doing the practice that dissolves everday an unreal part of us and assists in stabilising oneself in the Self or helps develop abidance in the Self.
